Battle Scenario

Team Deathmatch: There are 2-4 teams battle each other, no allies between teams. Each member can revive 1 time only at revive zone except they have medic in their team. The Objective is to eliminate all enemies before the time runs out OR taking prisoner (by touching the enemy and say “prisoner”). A team that eliminate most will win, and the battle will continue if the winning team have prisoners.Time Duration:5-20minutes

POW Rescue: The winning team on Team Deathmatch game will held their POW in the secret location. The objective is to keep them in the secret location until time’s up. For prisoners team, they must co operate with the other team that their soldier being held by the winning team or do it alone to release the POW. Each POW cant talk while held in the prison (they can talk when they are release).A POW only has 1 life and cannot be revived, though if shot in a limb they can be healed. Fellow soldiers must protect the POW and get them back to their base and then keep them safe there until all POW’s are rescued or the battle ends. They Can’t be armed (considered too weak to fight) except the Elite Rank but they still have 1 life.To rescue a POW you must take the POW by the arm and escort him from the prison he is in. Once out he must be “helped” back to base by keeping in constant contact with him (holding his arm). Only one player may rescue a POW at a time (one player cannot rescue multiple POW’s at once). POW’s who are rescued and kept safe until the end of the battle win 2 points instead of 1, but only if their team wins. Just because a team loses all their POW’s does not mean the battle is over as they can still eliminate the enemy’s POW’s and end the game with a tie. In a tie neither teams will gain any points (nor will Commanders lose any points).. Sometimes, the team who wanted to rescue their soldier do an Operation and If they win they will get 5 extra point Each including the POW.

Defend the Fortress
In this scenario one team will be charged with defending a designated position with boundaries that they cannot go past (they cannot go on the offensive, but only defend). The other team may make attacks into and out of the boundaried area and try to eliminate all the defenders. This is a time limited game (5-10 minutes) – if the defenders can hold out at the fortress with at least one soldier left then they win, but if the attackers can eliminate all the defenders then they win.

Nerf History

Parker Brothers originally developed Nerf, beginning with a four-inch (102 mm) polyurethane foam ball. In 1969, Reyn Guyer, a Minnesota-based games inventor, came to the company with a volleyball game that was safe for indoor play, and after studying it carefully, Parker Brothers decided to eliminate everything but the foam ball. In 1970, the Nerf ball was introduced as the “world’s first official indoor ball”, the name “Nerf” being a slang term for the foam padding used in off-road racing. Marketing slogans promised that one can “Throw it indoors; you can’t damage lamps or break windows. You can’t hurt babies or old people. The ball filled a strong consumer need and by the year’s end, more than four million Nerf balls had been sold.he four-inch (102 mm) ball was followed by a large version called “Super Nerf Ball”. Shortly after, in 1972, a basketball game called “Nerfoop” and the Nerf football joined the family, with the latter quickly becoming Nerf’s most popular ball.

The company continued to add to the Nerf line until they handed control to KennerProducts, a sister company, in 1991, when Hasbro acquired the Nerf line through the acquisition of the Tonka Corporation.hroughout the 1990s and early 2000s, the Nerf brand served under the subsidiaries OddzOn and Larami  before Hasbro took full control of the brand.

Over the years, Nerf has continued to expand the line, adding new looks to existing products, with later lines of Nerf products ranging from sport balls and foam dart blasters to video games and accessories.

In February 2013, Hasbro announced the release of “Nerf Rebelle”, a sub-line aimed at girls. The first product, the “Heartbreaker bow” was released in Fall 2013. In November 2013, POW! Bookspublished The Ultimate Nerf Blaster Book. Written by Nathaniel Marunas, the book highlights the history of Nerf and provides details on every N-Strike, Dart Tag, and Vortex blaster produced at the time of the book’s release.

About Nerf

Nerf (trademarked in capitals as NERF) is a toy brand created by Parker Brothers and currently owned by Hasbro. Most of the toys are a variety of foam-based weaponry, but there are also several different types of Nerf toys, such as balls for sports likefoorball, basketball, baseball, and others. The most notable of the toys are the dart guns (referred to by Hasbro as “blasters”) that shoot ammunition made from Nerf foam. Since many such items were released throughout the 1970s, Nerf products often feature bright neon colors and soft textures similar to the flagship Nerf ball. The slogan, which has been frequently used since advertising in the 1990s, is “It’s Nerf or nothin’!”.

Nerf Material

Nerf foam (Non-Expanding Recreational Foam) is made from a solid, spongy cellular material. To produce it, polyester rein reacts with another compound in the presence of CO2 from another reaction. It is this gas that creates open pockets within the polyurethane that, in turn, make the material soft and light

Equipment Types

Equipments are important in the battlefield/war. Here some informations about them.

Nerf Grenade: Nerf grenades are only usable by those who have attained the rank needed to use them. Anyone that

Traps: Traps are made by War Engineer,Example for the easiest trap made by War Engineer: Trip wires, can be used to eliminate enemy soldiers who broken it. Made from 2 pencil and a wire.  There are many types of traps that the Engineer can make but beware when the traps are armed, it is not friendly to anyone even your own teamates can be killed by your own trap. Recon is immune to traps so traps are  not a threat to them…. Creating traps are fun but remember not to create trap that can really hurt someone.

Shields:You must have the appropriate ranking to be able use any type of shield in combat. Stampede weapon has their own shield so low level soldier can’t used them. Shield are good to block 10 hits and once the shield broken, go to your engineer to repair it with their duct tape.

Kevlar: Kevlar is used as body armour, it will broken after 5 hits and must be repair by the Engineer.

Duct Tape: Duct Tape is a special equipment from War Engineer, Each of them carry 5 duct tape.Duct Tape is a simple piece of blue box tape that can be torn off easily. Any piece of equipment or weapon that is damaged (shot) can be repaired by an engineer using duct tape. Any item can be repaired multiple times.

Bandage: This is special equipment only available and usable by medics. Bandages come in short strips of white cloth that can be tied around an arm or leg. If a soldier is dead or wounded then the medic can tie a bandage around the wounded limb or any limb if the soldier is dead. A medic cannot bandage himself if he is dead, but he can bandage his own limb (You can heal yourself, but not revive yourself – (another medic must do that).

Ammo Box – This is special equipment only available to commandos, though it is usable by anyone once he places it. The ammo box (or bag) is simply a container that holds as many darts as possible. It can only be carried around and placed by a commando. Only commandos can pick up and move ammo boxes once placed, but anyone can draw from the ammo supply inside. Ammo boxes are usually strategically placed to help fellow soldiers hold a position like a narrow ally or a base. Note that any commando can pick up and move an ammo box even if it is not his own, this includes enemy commandos (they can overtake and capture your ammo box).

Radios – One radio set is available to each team for most battles. A radio set is usually 2 two-way long distance communicators that only recon and commanders may use. The 2 radios may be distributed to two different recon units during battle as well.

Armoured Fighting Vehicles (AFV): hese come in a variety of shapes and sizes, and may be made of a variety of materials. Most will be made of huge cardboard boxes with holes cut into them on the floor, sides and roof. The advantage of armored vehicles is that they can be picked up and moved by the soldiers inside (not on the outside) and they are protected against shots. AFV can be destroyed by 1xBazooka/Vehicle Traps (such as darts landmine)/ and 3x Demolition Missiles.

Bolt-Action Weapons – These weapons require the soldier to pull back a locking mechanism of some type that is either auto-loaded from a clip or is manually loaded by the soldier. – Source: Nerf Wars

Motorized Weapons – These weapons use a motorized system to continue to fire as long as the soldier continues to hold down the trigger, feeding either from a clip or pre-loaded darts. -Source: Nerf Wars

Custom Weapons: Any type Of Weapon that have been modified or being painted.

Custom Weapon Advantage:

  1. Custom Weapon can’t be looted by the enemies but your ammo still can.
  2. Modders often to renamed their modded weapons. In Nerf, anyone can renamed their custom weapons.
  3. Custom weapons with the A/R (air-restrictor) removed will work with modified darts like “stefan” darts for example.
  4. Each custom weapon will gain you a modified weapon point.

Disc Weapons:These are any weapon that fires a disc instead of a dart (Nerf Vortex) Disc weapon has an ability to hit the enemy with bouncing shot. Example: (shoot the wall and it will bounce to the enemy and count as a hit. Not work for Dart types)

Melee Weapons: Melee weapon can be very important especially when you’re out of ammo. Striking with a melee weapon hard is not allowed – mock hits must be made, not real hits. Anyone that strike with melee weapon so hard until making injuries will be suspended in the battle/war.One hit on the torso/head from a melee weapon is considered a kill and a hit to the limb disables it just like with darts.

Nerf Soldier Types/Class

War Engineer:Responsible for medium assault operations in addition to commandos. Engineers are the tactical and technical combatants utilizing explosives, traps, and repairing equipment.

Weapons: 1 primary gun (motorized/bolt-action) and 40 darts.

Special Equipment: 5xDuct Tape (for repairing) and various of trap devices.

Special Ability:They can disarm/arm traps with their tools but they still not immune to traps. Duct tape is to repair broken armour/shield and other stuff.

Recon: Responsible for scouting enemy movements and positions. Recon will not engage the enemy alone, but will watch and report back to command. If engaged alone -retreat will be the standard action. In combat as part of a unit, Recon will typically engage the enemy in long distance shots as a sniper from vantage points (high or hidden locations).

Weapons: 1 Primary bolt action rifle and a side-arm with 20 darts.

Special Equipment:Radio Communication/Binocular/Recon stuff

Special Ability: Every body part is count as a hit. Instant Kill even hit on enemy limbs/toe for Bolt Action (primary weapon only). Immune to traps. Recon can move a minute before the battle start to recon the enemy or ready in their hidden position (but can’t engage the enemy until the battle start)

Medic:Responsible for general troop support in the form of healing and reviving fellow soldiers and providing combat assault support. Medics will typically be part of a unit in defense or offense moving about the battlefield supplying aid where needed.

Special Equipment: -5x Bandages

Special Ability: Medics receive 1 extra life than all other soldiers. Medics can heal or revive dead soldier with their bandages. Medics can heal themselves but not to revive themselves. This Soldier type is the main target for the enemy, without them the enemy can easily win the battle.

Commander:Most games will have a Commander in charge of the teams overall strategies. Though team-members are not required to listen to their commander, it is in their best interest to work as a team and work together – your team will not win points if everyone is acting as individuals. Commanders need to concentrate their best resources on defense and offense equally – if everyone is attacking then no one is defending the objective, if everyone is defending then no progress will be made in achieving the objective.

Special Ability:receiving 2 ranking points for leading his team to victory, but he also risks losing points if his team loses
